Made to Order
Some of our products are made to order. This allows us to reduce waste and produce more responsibly, while keeping our designs available in a wide range of sizes and styles.
Where Your Order Ships From
All products are designed in Ireland.
Depending on the item and your location, orders may be fulfilled from our partner facilities in the UK, Europe, the US, or Australia. This helps:
- Reduce delivery times
- Minimise long-distance shipping
- Get your order to you as efficiently as possible
If your tracking shows a different origin, this is completely normal.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday–Saturday).
During busy periods (such as holidays or product launches), processing may take slightly longer — but we always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.

We ship worldwide.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services, but most international orders arrive within 7–10 days after dispatch.

We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:
- Check your delivery location and safe places
- Ask neighbours or your local delivery office
- Contact us and we’ll help investigate
Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Orders
If a delivery is unsuccessful and the item is returned to us:
- We cannot guarantee a full refund
- We may offer store credit depending on the situation
