If your Eirin jewellery ever breaks, tarnishes or fades, we'll replace it — free. No time limit. No receipt to dig out. Just reach out and we'll take care of you.

We do this because we don't think heritage should come with an expiry date. A piece that carries your identity should last as long as you do — and longer.

What's covered

Every piece of Eirin jewellery is covered for the natural faults that can appear over a lifetime of wear — breakage, clasps or fittings failing, tarnishing, and fading or loss of finish. If it happens, we replace the piece free of charge, however long you've owned it.

What isn't

We can't cover what we can't put right: pieces that have been lost or stolen, or damage that's clearly accidental or deliberate (crushing, snapping, or similar). Everything that comes from simply wearing and loving your jewellery is on us.

How it works

1. Get in touch at [support email] with your name or order details — there's no need for a receipt, we'll find your order.

2. We'll arrange the return with you and, wherever we can, cover the postage.

3. Once the piece is back with us, we'll send your free replacement.

It's that simple — no forms to chase, no proof to hunt down.

A few details

One like-for-like replacement per item. If the original design has since been retired to the vault, we'll replace it with the nearest equivalent from our current collection. This guarantee applies to genuine Eirin pieces bought from eirin.co and is in addition to — and does not affect — your statutory consumer rights. This guarantee is provided by Eirin Apparel and applies for as long as the business is trading.
