Eirin Apparel is an Irish streetwear brand designing bold, culturally-rooted clothing, from Irish language tees to politically-minded pieces, for people who wear their identity with intent. We're based in Northern Ireland and ship worldwide.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods does Eirin Apparel accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards along with popular digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. All available options are displayed at checkout.
What does "made to order" mean?
Some products are made to order, which reduces waste and lets us offer a wider range of sizes and styles responsibly. These items may take slightly longer to dispatch than in-stock products.
Shipping & Delivery
Where does Eirin Apparel ship?
We ship worldwide. Products are designed in Ireland and fulfilled through partner facilities in the UK, Europe, the US, or Australia depending on the item and your location, which helps reduce delivery times.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours, Monday to Saturday. Most international orders arrive within 7-10 days after dispatch. Exact estimates are shown at checkout based on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard tracked shipping is free on orders over £50 / €60 / $65. Below that threshold a flat rate applies. Express tracked shipping is also available at checkout for an additional cost.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Does Eirin Apparel ship to the EU, and what rights do EU customers have?
Yes, we ship to the EU. EU customers have a 30-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which exceeds the 14-day legal minimum. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.
Returns & Exchanges
What is Eirin Apparel's returns policy?
We offer 30-day, no-questions-asked returns from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Email hello@eirin.co with your order number to start a return.
Does Eirin Apparel cover return shipping costs?
Return postage is covered if an item arrives faulty or if the wrong item was sent. If you're returning something because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, return shipping is at your own cost.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, or proof of postage, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method or as store credit, whichever you prefer.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes. You can arrange a direct exchange, or return your item and place a new order, whichever is easier for you. Email hello@eirin.co to get started.
Are any items non-returnable?
Personalised items, such as custom jerseys, are final sale unless faulty. Earrings can only be returned if unworn, for hygiene reasons.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Each product page links to a size guide specific to that style, since hoodies, tees, jerseys, and sportswear pieces fit differently. Check the relevant size guide before ordering, as some styles run true to size and others are designed oversized.
