Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With any tags and original packaging included
Refunds
Once your return has been received (or proof of postage has been provided), we will process your refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference
- While we process refunds immediately, it may take a few working days for funds to appear in your account depending on your provider
Exchanges
We offer exchanges where possible.
- Exchanges can be arranged directly, or
- You may return your item and place a new order — whichever is easier for you
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if:
- You’ve changed your mind
- You ordered the wrong size/item
We will cover return costs if:
- The item is faulty
- The wrong item was received
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalised items (e.g. custom jerseys) are non-returnable unless faulty
- Earrings can only be returned if unworn for hygiene reasons

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have additional rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This section applies to all EU customers purchasing from Eirin Apparel.
30-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason (this exceeds the 14-day EU legal minimum). To withdraw, email hello@eirin.co or use the model withdrawal form below. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
Return Shipping (EU)
EU customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising the right of withdrawal.
Refunds (EU)
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return, whichever is earlier), to your original payment method. Refunds include standard delivery costs only.
Deductions
If goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, we may deduct up to 10% of the purchase price, proportionate to the reduction in value.
Exceptions — No right of withdrawal for:
- Personalised or custom-made items — including our 'Irish Rebel' Celtic Cross Jersey and 'Irish Rebel' Jersey (Personalised Name & Number). Final sale unless faulty.
- Sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened (e.g. earrings).
